Shipping & Delivery Policy

All orders above 50SGD are free shipping.

1. Normal Mail via Singpost

Postal services are non-trackable and is delivered to letterbox.

All normal mail will be charged $1.50 flat rate from 15 October 2020.
- Nekohouse is not responsible for any broken/ damaged/ lost parcel shipped via Normal Mail.
- Insurance is not included for Singpost Normal Mail.

Parcel shall not exceed any of the stated below, which will be auto-calculated upon checkout:

• 324 x 229 x 65mm in size;
• 2kg in weight

Duration: 3-5 working days

2. Tracked Parcel via Local Courier

All Tracked Parcel delivery will be charged $3.50 flat rate.
Parcels are handed to a logistics company and delivered to your doorstep.
Parcel cannot exceed 440 x 290 x 100mm in size, which will be calculated upon checkout.

Duration: 2-3 working days

3. D2D Delivery by in-house logistics/ local courier

Door to door delivery is charged $6 flat rate.
No restriction on size or weight, insurance included.
SMS will be sent on the day of delivery.

Duration: 1-3 working days

4. Self-Collection

If you opted for self-pickup upon checkout, you should receive an email once your parcel is ready for collection.

Self-collection is free, however, upon receiving the email, do make an appointment by messaging us at +65 85315529.
